The pretty and quaint little town of
Elsah, Illinois is nestled between two bluffs on the East bank of the Mississippi River Just North of Saint Louis. Fortunately, we have reservations at the
Green Tree Inn. South of us about 1 mile along the Great River Road is the only Christian Science College in the world -
Principia College. Apparently the campus was designed by
Bernard Maybeck who also designed the Hearst Castle and the San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts. The security guard won't allow us on campus. We could be terrorists.
