Prabhakar sits with his sister-in-law and niece. Prabhaker's older brother Bhau (age 92) had us over for chai and a little conversation. He spent a lifetime as an artist and craftsman but although he is now still quite spry, he is difficult to communicate with because he is hard-of-hearing. On the wall behind are a child's scribble from the past two decades! Whenever Bhau's granddaughter Vaishnavi visited, she scribbled on the walls. Bhau refused to allow anyone to paint over the scribbling. It has accumulated over the past 18 years. Now Vaishnavi is enrolled in one of the world's renowned art schools.
